Deposit & Reservation
Clicking Buy requires immediate payment of the minimum amount, which serves as a deposit and reserves your Newsletter set. The deposit / minimum payment is non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Any remaining balance is due at the time of pickup at the convention.

Pickup Deadline
Newsletter sets must be picked up no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on Saturday, April 11, 2026.
Failure to pick up by this deadline (or to make prior arrangements with Newsletter staff) may result in forfeiture of your set and any payments made.

Attendance Issues
If circumstances arise and you are unable to attend the convention, please contact Newsletter staff before the convention begins to discuss possible options.
